Comments: Fairly high-gen transfer that suffers from some serious tape issues. Picture is lacking in detail but is also grainy and has constant flutter. Even the TV footage from Programa Livre is terrible really (see screens). Audio is suprisingly good throughout, a bit uneven at times but good.
